Completed in September 2007, 173-175 Carlton Avenue began as a single historic home, built in the late 19th century on a large lot.  The original home was picked up and moved to the back of the lot and an existing three bedroom historic home from the original Fair Oaks Court site was moved to the front of the original parcel.  HHP then rehabbed both homes and prepared a condo plan and new tract map so each of the homes had its own tax parcel number.  Both homes were sold to first-time moderate income home buyers.  One of the families had been on the HHP waiting list for almost four years.
