1378 N. Summit Avenue (2001) 

Located in the Monk Hill area, 1378 Summit Avenue was a one-story bungalow built in 1923 featuring steep gables, clapboard siding and Palladian windows. HHP acquired the property in August 2000 and rehabilitation began shortly thereafter. By August 2001, the property was completed and sold to a moderate-income family of four who were long-time renters in the immediate area.
